Sailaway is a hugely ambitious sailing simulator from Orbcreation and The Irregular Corporation, which recreates the world’s oceans with realistic wave modelling, real-time weather, and man-made landmarks such as bridges and cityscapes.
It’s a detailed simulation with a steep learning curve for amateurs, but one that rewards perseverance with beautiful views of crystal-clear seas, breathtaking night skies complete with accurate constellations, and oceanic wildlife. With this in mind, we set out to make a trailer which would emphasise how well the game captures the majesty of nature.
